Payment methods
1. Cash on delivery (exclusively for orders within Greece)
You pay the value of your order in cash to the carrier who will come to your place to deliver your products. The order amount cannot exceed five hundred (500) euros. If it does, you will need to choose another payment method.
For shipments within Greece, the cost of cash on delivery with the ACS company is five (5) euros.
For collection, you must present your Police ID, Passport or Driver's License for identification. If a third party is collecting your order, they must present one of the aforementioned documents along with an authorization for receipt, obtained through gov.gr. or from Citizen Service Center (K.E.P).
Cash on delivery orders will be confirmed by phone before delivery.
2. Bank Deposit
You can place your order without immediate payment. The order remains pending and is completed – and the 1 to 2 day lead times start – once the total amount is deposited into our bank account below.

After making the deposit, notify us by sending the bank deposit slip to our email: kifisia@anatol.gr. Include your name, order number, total amount of the order and the deposit date as justification in the deposit.
For online store purchases, the deposit must be made within three (3) days from your order date; otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment.
3. Debit or Credit Card
Payment through all Greek and international Visa and MasterCard cards is conducted via a secure redirect to EUROBANK’s environment. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and Discover credit, debit, and prepaid cards. Transactions in our e-shop are conducted with absolute security. We expressly affirm that we neither collect or retain any debit/credit card details in any form or manner.
4. PayPal
To pay with PayPal, select this payment method and click "Confirm Payment". You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. Our online store does not store any information entered on this page.
